Math has become a superpower not only for students

JUMP Math in the classroom

The project "JUMP Math - an innovative system for teaching mathematics in schools with students from vulnerable groups" has delivered its results and achieved the set indicators! Over 40 trained teachers have worked with the JUMP Math teaching materials with over 600 students in grades 1 and 2 and are now boldly applying the principles and philosophy of the innovative methodology. Our team supported them with on-site methodological guidance, tools and resources in classrooms and remotely throughout the 2022/23 school year. We did lesson reflections together, measured input/output progress, went through case studies, and looked for the best solutions together with the teachers to be as useful as possible for the students.

The change is visible - committed and dedicated teachers, equipped with the modern methodology and teaching resources of the globally proven JUMP Math innovation and confident, happy students who find it hard to part with their purple and red JUMP Math notebooks. We see our goal being realized - making quality teaching and valuable math resources available to more teachers and kids, and especially to those who are hard to reach with innovation.

Our partners from the Trust for Social Achievement posted this amazing article describing the excitement and exploration in Stamboliiski United School “Hristo Botev” math classes.

We are so grateful for the trust and support. In order to continue working with those 25 shools and the teachers willing to introduce the methodology we are aiming to find resources for 20 teachers and around 400 students more.

Please, do continue to support JUMP Math and the project "Ignite love for math in Bulgarian students" for the upcoming 2023-24 school year!

Best regards and have a wonderful August!
