The Anglophone crisis in Cameroon has caused the affected Communities to rely on food aid for survival which is not sustainable. This project is aimed at preventing food shortage for the affected population in Manyu division, by providing vegetable seeds which will improve food production, nutrition, household income and livelihoods. We shall focus on persons with disability. Training will be conducted on improved vegetable production; vegetable seeds and basic tools shall be provided.

Timely provision of vegetable seeds is a certain way of preventing an even bigger crisis for the conflict affected population. We shall providing, Crop and vegetable seeds, tools, and also capacity building training to selected beneficiary household on improved vegetable production, this is aimed at improving food security at household level and also reduces hunger and malnutrition.
In the long run the project will ensure people's livelihoods are improved , as well as their resilience enhanced. ASWARUDEP shall be able to reach 3750 house holds y supplying agriculture inputs (crop and vegetable seeds) , Income of beneficiary household shall be improved and their capacity in vegetable farming strengthened.
