Empowering Women, Transforming Lives: CHCS Income Generation Program in Thar

In Tharparkar, poverty and malnutrition weigh heavily on women and children. To break this cycle, CHCS launched an innovative initiative providing women with goats sources of nutrition and income that transform lives.
Goats supply milk for undernourished mothers and children, while breeding provides sustainable income. With each goat, women gain dignity, independence, and the ability to support their families.
Looking Ahead 2025
This year, we aim to reach hundreds more families with this program. Each goat is not merely livestock it is a lifeline. We appeal to our global donor community to join us in scaling this mission and empowering women to secure healthier, stronger futures.
