You provided a tanker of safe water for villagers suffering from India's extreme heat!
Thank you! Your lifesaving gift provided safe water for families affected by India's recent heat wave and drought in May. As temperatures soared, children were dying and many were suffering without safe water.
Because you gave, children and families now have water and relief that will quench their thirst and help them in the heat. The tanker provided two villages of about 400 people with much needed water.
Sirisha is a young girl who is very grateful for your support. She lives with her grandmother and she would go house to house begging for water. But everyone was struggling with the same need.
Seeing the big water tanker was a welcomed sight since villagers struggled to find any water during the drought. Sirisha, along with hundreds of families, lined up with their buckets and jugs eager to fill them with water. You made this all possible. Thank you!
