The children who attend Pizz School tend to get better grades than those achieved at other schools in the area.
At first this seems somewhat surprising because children who have been orphaned and/or are considered vulnerable might reasonably be expected to do less well academically.
When local people are asked how they think these better grades are attained, they cite not only the caring, supportive staff, but also the fact that, thanks to our kind and generous supporters, the children at Pizz receive a basic daily school lunch. It really is hard to learn when you are hungry, so providing this simple yet nourishing meal means that children are more alert and more able to benefit from the skill and care of the teachers and caregivers.
The more you give, the more we can help.
Thank you for making a real difference!
