This project will guarantee that 400 children can continue their basic education attending virtual and on-site classes. While attending school, they will have a light breakfast, balanced lunch, and medical assistance. For the virtual period, food will be handed for them to take home. Our medical facility cares for the children as well as for the community and has developed a rapid response during Covid pandemic.
Poor children in marginal areas have almost no access to high quality education and due to the fact that their family's income is very low, these children don't have access to daily balanced meals. The health system that they have available is deficient and during Covid pandemic it has diminished severely.
Our project guarantees that our 400 students will continue basic school, with the quality education needed to achieve their academic goals. To succeed in our objective, Fundacion Madre Maria Luisa Casar provides a daily balanced meal and a glass of protein drink as well as health for the children and their family. Our project contemplates virtual and on-site classes, food given at school or to take home as well as bio- safety equipment for teachers and students.
400 students will finish basic school and they are prepared to start high school and eventually they will go to the university. Higher educational levels give a person a lot of job opportunities. We have additional projects that we fund high school and university and do a close follow up in each students achievements.
