Thank you for taking the time to learn about this project. Although no donations have been received yet, your interest means a lot. We have been reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and private health maintenance organizations to understand their staffing needs and prepare a database of unemployed female nurses who are ready to work.
In Nigeria, many qualified female nurses remain without jobs due to limited opportunities, poor connections, and the rising cost of relocation. Some trained years ago but have never practiced, while others take low-paying jobs outside healthcare just to survive. With proper support, these nurses can return to doing what they love—caring for people and saving lives.
Your future donation will help us connect nurses to real job openings, cover interview logistics, and provide basic orientation for workplace readiness. Together, we can open doors for hundreds of women who have the skills but need a fair chance to use them.
