Summary

We made it our goal to rescue abandoned dogs in Romania and take care of all of them on our farm in Giurgiu. In order to ensure the safety and well-being of these dogs, we require the construction of about 200 new kennels. Many of the currently existing kennels are damaged or unsafe, posing a risk to the dogs living there. Our goal is to provide the dogs with a safe, warm, and protective environment, which they can call home.

Challenge

Every year, thousands of dogs are abandoned on the streets of Romania. Many become sick, injured, or die from starvation. In an effort to save these helpless animals, we pledged to rescue these dogs and provide them with a sanctuary on our farm. Many of our existing kennels are damaged or even unsafe. These structures often cause them to contract illnesses, sustain injuries, or be exposed to a range of dangers that threaten their well-being.

Solution

The kennels will be the dogs' homes, providing them with a safe and comfortable space to live. It will also serve as a crucial element in protecting the dogs from harsh weather conditions and other potential hazards. To achieve our objectives, the organization will require the services of experienced and skilled contractors to construct these kennels. The sturdy and well-constructed kennels will ensure these dogs are more likely to avoid health issues, and unnecessary premature loss of life.

Long-Term Impact

We hope to have the kennels built using sustainable materials, generating an eco-friendly environment for the dogs to thrive and to ensure they are long-lasting. Each kennel will have a separate entrance to ensure privacy and hygiene. The newly constructed kennels need to be large and sturdy enough to accommodate individual dogs. Building 200 kennels will be the first step in ensuring that these animals are safe, healthy, and happy.
