Join the Pawsome Cause: New Homes for Rescued Dogs

Dear Supporters of DsN,

We wish you all a Happy New Year! Thanks to your support we were able to achieve a lot of great things for the animals on our farm in Giurgiu in 2023. For this particular project we will need more help to launch the construction of new dog kennels.

Current Situation:

• Challenge of Weather:
  The recent months have been particularly harsh, with extreme cold temperatures affecting the welfare of street dogs.
• Current Living Conditions:
  The dogs are currently housed in inadequate, crumbling shelters, which fail to provide necessary protection and warmth.
• Resource Limitation:
  Our project has faced setbacks due to a significant shortage of materials and financial resources.

Project Goals:

• Construction of New Kennels:
  To build sturdy, insulated kennels that can withstand harsh weather and provide a safe haven for the dogs.
• Enhanced Protection:
  Ensure that each kennel is equipped to offer warmth and comfort, especially during the winter months.
• Sustainable Solutions:
  Implement long-term strategies for the care and management of these kennels.

Financial Overview:

• Budget Requirement: The total cost to launch the initial phase of the project is estimated at $20,000.
• Funds Raised So Far: To date, we have raised $100 through community donations and small grants.
• Funding Gap: We currently face a shortfall of $19,900 to commence the building of new kennels.

Let's make 2024 an even more successful year and ensure the dogs get their well deserved houses!
