The Girl Child Foundation Uganda (GIFU) remains committed to helping vulnerable girls stay in school and pursue their education without unnecessary barriers.
One of the challenges facing adolescent girls in rural communities is limited access to menstrual hygiene products.
Without reliable access to sanitary pads, some girls may struggle to manage their periods comfortably while attending school.
GIFU is seeking donor support to distribute sanitary pads to rural school girls who need this essential support. Providing menstrual hygiene supplies can help girls attend classes with greater confidence, dignity, and peace of mind.
This initiative is part of our wider commitment to promoting girls’ education and creating supportive learning environments.
With continued donor assistance, we can reach more girls and help ensure that menstruation does not become a barrier to their education.
Your support can help a girl stay in school, learn with confidence, and work toward a brighter future.
