Project Report | Dec 18, 2024
I apologise for my over eagerness!

By Louise | Managing Director

Greetings, Avuxeni! Um Fekile Minjani!

Firstly, I would like to apologize, I have had feedback from some supporters to say that they have received too many emails and reports from me and that they have felt overwhelmed. Please forgive me. That was not my intention.

Sadly, with GlobalGiving, there is a ranking system and the higher up the ranking system the greater the opportunity to access more funding and being advertised directly by GG. The way to keep our standing or at least not to lose footing is to send out frequent GG reports. Which is why you have received 3 per week from me.

December giving and #GivingTuesday is essential to KTD196 and the services we provide. I hate sending out emails demanding URGENT ACTION. I don’t think that is fair to you. But KTD196 also needs to compete with over 9,400 other organizations on GG to keep our profile at number 10.

We cannot compete with some projects such as humanitarian disasters and wars such as in Israel, the Ukraine and Syria. Although these are important organizations that provide huge support in war torn nations, small organizations such as KTD196 are struggling.

So I wanted to apologise for my eagerness and veiled desperation to try and raise $30,000USD during this period.

I will cut back on the reports. I have heard you! I do apologise, forgive me please.

Thank you so much for all you do and have done over the years in support of the children and ladies of Limpopo Province.

I pray that 2025 will be a year of peace around the world and that you and your family will have a safe and blessed Christmas period.

Thank you once again for understanding.

BLESSINGS

Louise
