Covid 19 has changed who nonprofits transact business and we here at Infinite Hands initiatives Koats4Kids will prepackage a new coat and gloves, 7 pairs of socks and a new poncho to the children housed at the chosen nonprofit and those placed in foster care. Its extremely important to get these new warm items to children in need. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
Children in transition or housed in local shelters are often waiting for the school bus unprotected from the cold and rain but they must attend school. This causes many of them to catch the flu or pneumonia in some cases. Parents in shelter are struggling to reassemble their lives, work and provide for their child(ren) and many no longer have the breadwinner in their lives because of the abuse and alcoholism brought on by their abusers. Shelter community donations do not fill the bill.
Koas4Kids distribution events provide new coats, gloves, ponchos and 7 pairs of socks so that children in transition can attend school regularly and boost their self esteem because all their winter-ware is new and chosen by them during the distribution.
Koats4Kids provides a layer of protection to shelters and families and shelter directors welcome Koats4Kids because we provide a layer of protection against unreasonable winter outbreaks in close living facilities. This enables the kids grades and attendance to rise. Mothers can focus on other areas and not sitting in doctors offices with sick kids. Making everyone more progressive on a daily basis.
