La Jacarina Dog shelter

It is an honor to greet you, and a pleasure to tell you new developments of our sanctuary for rescued dogs, as you know the problem is serious in our city Cuenca by the high abandonment of animals. The street situation that most of them live in, exposed to mistreatment and malnutrition.
Thanks to your support these months we have been able to shelter and maintain in our sanctuary 60 abandoned dogs, giving them love, home, security and food. With your collaboration we have been able to acquire food and continuously provide our dogs with a balanced diet of lean meat, chicken, cooked vegetables and rice. Thanks to you our dogs are safe and healthy.  

We invite you to continue supporting us, we want to be able to reach all the neighborhoods and streets of the city of Cuenca and its surroundings with sterilization campaigns, with the objective of stopping the overpopulation of street dogs.
