Lebanon is facing a severe humanitarian crisis brought on by escalating violence, which has caused widespread displacement and injuries among civilians. Thousands have been killed or displaced, countless structures have been destroyed, and access to basic needs remains severely limited. Vulnerable populations, particularly children, face heightened risks of malnutrition, disease, and psychological trauma, making urgent humanitarian assistance essential to sustaining the affected population.
Through the Lebanon Emergency Relief Project, YEÇED works to procure and deliver essential resources to those affected by the crisis, helping stabilize communities and support long-term recovery efforts in the region. The project prioritizes vulnerable children and families caught in the middle of this crisis, aiming to meet their basic needs and ease their struggle for survival after enduring displacement, trauma, and loss. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term recovery, this project seeks to help Lebanese communities rebuild and regain stability in the aftermath of crisis.
