Your Future Program highlights in Uruguay

These are the main results achieved in 2024 with Your Future Program in Uruguay

336 young people started Your Future program,
72% finished the program- retention rate.
158 found a job
100% financing was obtained for the development of the program.

During the year, many companies participated in activities with volunteers:

526 Mock interviews done

Several visits and events with companies
Others: demo days of projects, participation in fairs, talks with specialists, etc.

Objectives 2025

640 young people starts Your Future program
480 finish it
302 find a job
Achieve 100% financing of the program carried out by the young people
