Dear donor,
In order to ensure that girls can benefit equally from the right to education and to provide all students with equal opportunities in education and access to modern education without discrimination, Cagdas Yasami Destekleme Dernegi initiated the “I Have a Daughter in Anatolia, She Will Be a Teacher” (ABKV) project by giving scholarships to 17 female students in 1997. Within the scope of this project, which was implemented with the motto “No Girl Left Without Schooling!”, a total of 104,915 secondary and high school scholarships have been given so far.
Cydd supports the education of children who are in socioeconomically vulnerable groups and who are generally deprived of their right to education. These girls, if not supported to continue their education, are married off at an early age and again give birth early. Girls who marry at a young age and have a low level of education, also have a very low employment participation rate later in life and work in jobs without social security.
So with your donations, we hope to increase every year the number girls who stay in high school and do not become child brides..
Thank you for your valuable support..
Kindly yours
