Every young person deserves to learn, grow, and participate in a safe and respectful community. This project will equip 500 youth with practical knowledge about LGBTQIA+ identities, dignity, inclusion, and human rights. Through interactive workshops, peer dialogues, and educational resources, participants will challenge harmful stereotypes, build empathy, and become positive voices for safer, more inclusive communities.
Stigma and misinformation can create hostile environments for LGBTQIA+ youth, leading to bullying, exclusion, isolation, and reduced participation in school and community life. Many young people have limited access to accurate, age-appropriate information about identity, dignity, and respectful relationships. Without constructive education and dialogue, harmful stereotypes can continue from one generation to the next.
With donor support, we will reach 500 youth through engaging workshops, facilitated peer discussions, community dialogues, and educational materials. Participants will learn how to recognize discrimination, challenge harmful stereotypes, communicate respectfully, and support inclusive environments. Funding will help cover training, learning materials, outreach, facilitation, and monitoring so the program can reach young people effectively.
