Important areas of our work

Important areas of our work

Dear friends,

Thanks to the joint efforts of our team, the participants of previous stages, and your support, we have successfully reached the final stage of preparation for the third phase of our project.

At this stage, we focused on creating a fully inclusive environment for conducting game sessions. Taking into account the feedback received during earlier stages, we improved key elements of the game. As a result, three complete game sets were developed, each including:

  • an adapted tactile game board;
  • a set of game pieces and dice suitable for blind players;
  • a digital version of the game rules;
  • methodological materials and guidelines for organizing and conducting game sessions.

A separate and important area of work was the development of an adaptive web application that enables blind teenagers to fully participate in the game process.Within this stage:

  • interaction logic for players and facilitators was implemented;
  • accessibility for screen readers was ensured;
  • functionality for reading game cards and entering and analyzing game data was developed.

These steps represent an important move toward creating an inclusive environment in which young people with visual impairments can develop financial literacy, independence, and communication skills in a safe and supportive setting.

We believe that the results achieved will serve as a strong foundation for the further development of inclusive educational initiatives, where game-based learning becomes an effective tool for education, socialization, and financial awareness.

We sincerely thank everyone who supports our project and believes in its social impact.

 With gratitude,

The “Life Capital” Project Team
