Dear donors,
Many rural health centers in Nigeria operate without electricity, forcing health workers to deliver babies and treat emergencies in darkness. Without power, vaccines spoil, equipment cannot function, and night care becomes dangerous. This project will install solar power systems in 10 rural health centers, providing reliable light for safe deliveries, emergency treatment, vaccine storage, and overnight care. Solar panels, batteries, and inverters will be installed, and staff will be trained to use and maintain the systems. At this stage, the project has not yet received financial support, and installation cannot begin without donor backing.
Funds are needed to purchase solar equipment, cover installation costs, and train health workers. Your support will help clinics operate safely day and night and protect the lives of mothers, children, and patients who depend on these facilities.
Warm regards,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
