Watch Our New Rana Chiva Documentary & Double Your Impact Tomorrow!

By Isabella Cortes Lara | Executive Director & Co-Founder

Dear Supporter,

We are thrilled to share the inspiring story of Rana Chiva, our mobile environmental classroom that has brought conservation education to the farthest corners of Colombia. Over the past two years, the Rana Chiva has traveled more than 7,000 kilometers, reaching over 27,000 people across 94 schools and 17 municipalities.

Through interactive lessons and hands-on activities, this vibrant chiva bus has educated thousands about protecting endangered species like the Lynch’s Santander Frog, the Santander Mountain Grackle, and the Colombian Oak. By empowering students and communities to take action, we’re fostering a new generation of conservation allies committed to preserving Colombia’s biodiversity.

We’re excited to announce the release of a new documentary, Rana Chiva: Traveling the Path of Conservation. This 22-minute film highlights the bus’s incredible journey and the conservation milestones achieved thanks to your support. Watch it now and be inspired by the impact you’ve helped create!

Tomorrow, on Giving Tuesday, your support can go even further. Donations made on December 2nd will be matched, doubling your impact for conservation education across Colombia. By contributing, you’re not just supporting environmental education—you’re helping create a legacy of biodiversity conservation and inspiring hope for the future of our planet.

Together, we can make a difference. Donate tomorrow and double your impact!

With gratitude,
Isabella Cortes Lara

P.S. Every contribution counts. Help us continue the Rana Chiva’s mission by donating tomorrow—together, we’ll inspire and empower communities to protect Colombia’s incredible wildlife.
