We have +200 rescued dogs under our watch in Venezuela. They have all been rescued from extreme situations of abuse, malnourishment, sickness and hunger. Due to the crisis in our country, adoptions have stopped, abandonment has increased and most of our rescues are now senior dogs over the age of 8, very unlikely to be adopted. We are asking for your help to continue providing them with the everyday things that these seniors deserve to have so they can feel at home.
Due to the extreme crisis in our country, donations have dramatically decreased as well as adoptions. From an average of +300 hundred adoptions per year, in 2018 we were only able to find forever homes for around 10 dogs. This has put enormous pressure over our organization and we now have +200 senior dogs that are very unlikely to get adopted.
With your donation, we can make sure to properly feed and maintain these oldies dogs that deserve nothing but the best after everything each of them went through! We can give these seniors have the second best possible outcome - a life where they food every day, regular vet checks and maybe some treats every now and then!
