Our mission is to connect people struggling with substance abuse to detox centers, treatment facilities, and sober living to find a way to live without drugs and alcohol. We also want to spread awareness to #MakeRecoverytheNewEpidemic. We've been established a 501(c)3 since December 2018. In 2019 we helped 32 people get the help they needed to live a life full of honesty and happiness without drugs and alcohol.
There are too many people struggling with substance abuse do to the prescription happy doctors and pharmecutical companies. These people don't have insurance, no money, and pretty much at their end. They want to stop but can't get the help they need. Detox Centers and Treatment Facilities are not cheap if you don't have insurance. So these people suffer and our confused. Stopping is what they want but they don't know how to do it by themselves.
Our project helps people struggling with substance abuse by providing them resources to different Detox Centers, Treatment Facilities, and Sober Living that take people without insurance or have scholarships. We also help with paying for transportation for people who have been admitted to a Treatment Facility but can't get there. If we have the funds we help with paying for detox, treatment, or a week for sober living. Doing this gets people off the streets and help them find a new way to live!
Our organization has helped 32 people the first year with raising only $5,000.00. If we can raise more money we can help more people. With $10,000, we could help approximately 70 people. Imagine saving 70 people's lives by helping them get the treatment the need to survive. This will change their lives and make them realize there is a life without drugs and alcohol.
