Summary

This project help visually challenged children learn Karate and yoga classes. These martial arts classes will help the girls and boys to fight off human traffickers and empower them to take control of their bodies. Every dollar donated can empower those to believe that they are stronger than they know, and they can change their own outcomes.

Challenge

Persons with disabilities have been recognized to be at a heightened risk for human-rights violations and also who do not know martial arts face many hardships in practice, moreover they can defend themselves by learning martial arts like karate and yoga.

Solution

By offering a karate and yoga classes to visually impaired children, they can develop self-defense skills, it also helps in developing their mental stableness. Self-confidence, discipline and a sense of belonging are also gifts of martial arts. Even more, the development of a true passion for karate and yoga offers to set and work for their personal goals.

Long-Term Impact

By helping those children can make them develop into martial artists, this program will provide valuable skills and help hundreds of children to see themselves and to be seen differently. Introducing yoga to such kids early can help them deal with their functional limitations, making their day-to-day living more manageable. In developing confidence, discipline and hope for a better future.
