Maternal clothing line by marginalized women
Project Report
25.02.2019
Dear AMC (Action for Mothers and Children) donors,
We thank you for believing in us and supporting our fundraising campaign ‘Maternal clothing line by marginalized women’ on GlobalGiving.com. As promised, we are sharing our quarterly updates and exciting news with you – we are launching the maternal clothing line just in time to celebrate March 8th!
Summary
We at ‘Action for Mothers and Children’ have accomplished quite a lot since you first donated to our campaign three months ago.
About the maternal clothing line – BESExTESHAVESHA
BESExTESHAVESHA is a maternal clothing line that aims to fill the market gap while creating new job opportunities for marginalized women in Kosovo. The line will be sold at the second-hand shop ‘Teshavesha’, which is an established chain of charity shops in Kosovo, founded, operated and overseen by AMC. By having a direct selling point, we believe we will be able to create a sustainable social enterprise that will continue to create new job opportunities and address market needs in the fashion industry.
Our next steps
Moving on, we are excited to share the news of our launch event that is coming up soon. On our next quarterly report, we are looking forward to sharing individual stories form our beneficiaries and statistics of our collective positive impact.
Thank you for your kind and generous contribtion!
