Math clubs and educational videos for students

Summary

In Armenia, the demand for STEM subjects teachers in schools is increasing year by year. Older teachers are retiring, while young people are unwilling to fill the vacant positions. As part of this program, mathematics clubs, online lessons, and explanatory videos are being created. All of this will help ensure that children interested in learning have access to quality educational materials. A website integrated with artificial intelligence will also guide children in solving problems correctly.

Challenge

Because of low salaries, young people are unwilling to teach in schools. As a result, vacant positions for math teachers remain unfilled for years. This lack of educators prevents children from learning math, making them less competitive in the real world.

Solution

We will pay extra salaries to the teachers to provide online lessons for kids from other schools. Also we build educational videos that kids can watch and learn. AI based software will assist them and fix their mistakes.

Long-Term Impact

Well designed and developed online resource that can be used to learn math. Teachers, parents and non-specialists can use them in their educational process.
