Thanks to your generous support of Mayor Potencial, every student at Ramon Rosa School in El Rodeito, Honduras — from kindergarten through 6th grade — received a brand-new school shirt for the upcoming school year. That’s 67 children!
A school uniform may seem like a simple thing, but for families with limited resources, the cost of uniforms and school supplies can be a real burden. Providing these essentials helps children arrive at school prepared and ready to learn while easing some of the financial pressure on their families.
And the shirts are just one part of our effort. We are continuing to provide uniforms, shoes, and school supplies based on the needs identified by the community. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Your donations are making a tangible difference for these children. As we look toward the next school year, we hope to reach even more students — and your continued support will help us do it!
