This project will help children in risk of death due to their health defficiencies, and will allow us to guarantee a healthy growth through their early childhood, the most critical growing stage.
Our project will benefit children that live in the most vulnerable areas of Cartagena. The majority of them are african-descendant and inhabit the neighborhoods with the most critical conditions. These children are not able to satisfy their most basic needs in terms of health, food, education, and housing.
Perform medical consults for General Medicine, Pediatrics, and Nutrition. Nursing and Respiratory Therapy Activities. Health Promotion and Prevention Campaigns Laboratory Sampling and Analysis. Physical Therapy.
By providing health services and nutrition supplements, children are able to develop intellectually, emotionally and physically which will give them a chance to develop as better human beings who are able to break the poverty cycle.
