Challenge

Women face unique mental health challenges related to caregiving responsibilities, economic hardship, pregnancy, trauma, and social pressures. Limited mental health services and stigma prevent many women from seeking timely help, leading to worsening emotional distress and reduced quality of life.

Solution

By providing accessible counseling, education, and support, this project reduces stigma and ensures women receive timely mental health care, improving overall wellbeing.

Long-Term Impact

This project will build emotional resilience, strengthen families, and foster healthier communities. Over time, it will normalize mental health care and improve long-term outcomes for women across Ghana.
