Promoting Children's Well-being Through Excellent Health Care

By Alberta Elewosi | Project Lead

Celebrating Excellence in Health Service Delivery: Impact Village Nurse Recognized

We are proud to celebrate Nurse Naa GraceLove Adjeson, the nurse supporting Impact Village Project (Health Department), for being adjudged the 2026 Best Nurse/Midwife among her peers in the Shai-Osudoku District.

Nurse Naa plays an important role in the Impact Village, particularly through our after-school mental health activities, where she supports children with health education, psychosocial guidance, and age-appropriate conversations that promote their emotional and overall well-being.

Her recognition is more than an individual achievement; it reflects Impact Youth's commitment to excellence in service delivery and strategic human resource development. At Impact Youth Foundation , we understand that meaningful community impact depends not only on the programs we design but also on the quality, professionalism, and dedication of the people who deliver them. We therefore work to engage qualified and committed professionals who can translate our programs into meaningful outcomes for children and communities.

Nurse Naa’s achievement demonstrates the value of investing in capable human resources and creating opportunities for professionals to contribute their expertise to community development. Her work at Impact Village contributes to our broader goal of nurturing healthy, resilient, confident, and empowered young people.

We are grateful to our supporters, whose contributions through GlobalGiving help make it possible for Impact Youth Fondation to engage skilled professionals and deliver holistic programs that address the physical, emotional, educational, and developmental needs of children.

Congratulations to Nurse Naa GraceLove Adjeson on this well-deserved recognition. Her achievement inspires us to continue pursuing excellence and strengthening the quality of our programs and services.
