Samony Entrepreneurial Ventures LTD, a social enterprise of the Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation, is dedicated to creating sustainable economic opportunities and fostering social development within the communities we serve.

Our project, Empower 300 Women & Girls in Southeast Nigeria (54328), exemplifies the power of collective action and unwavering dedication. As we reach the midpoint of 2024, we are thrilled to share our progress, accomplishments, and future aspirations with our esteemed donors and supporters.

Aims and Objectives:

- Empower 300 women and girls through education, skills training, and economic opportunities.
- Enhance their self-esteem, confidence, and decision-making abilities.
- Improve their socio-economic status and overall well-being.

Vision:

A society where women and girls are empowered to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Goals:

- Provide vocational skills training to 150 women and girls.
- Support 100 women and girls in starting or expanding their businesses.
- Offer mentorship and coaching to 50 women and girls.

Financial Overview:

- Income:

  - Received from Samony Entrepreneurial Ventures LTD: $350

Expenses:

  - Supported 5 women with $50 each, totaling $250, making it up to 50 women supported so far.

  - Facilitators: $43

  - Social Media Campaigns: $30

  - Mentorship Programs: $20

Balance $7

Quarterly Progress:

- Trained 75 women and girls in vocational skills (50% of target).
- Supported 50 women and girls in starting or expanding their businesses (50% of target).
- Provided mentorship and coaching to 25 women and girls (50% of target).

Future Prospects:

- Expand the project to reach more women and girls in Southeast Nigeria.
- Introduce new vocational skills training programs.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations to enhance impact.
- Prepare for an empowerment program in December 2024.

Challenges:

- Limited funding to support the project's expansion.
- Difficulty in reaching women and girls in remote areas.
- Need for more mentors and coaches to support the growing number of beneficiaries.
- Financial constraints impacting our ability to fully achieve our objectives by December.
