Update on the progress report on

By Samuel Akaraonye | Founder/CEO

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors and supporters who continue to stand with us in our mission to empower women and girls in Southeast Nigeria. Your unwavering support, especially during these economically challenging times, is a testament to your commitment to making a difference in the lives of the underserved.

Overview

The Empower 300 Women & Girls in Southeast Nigeria project is dedicated to providing opportunities for women and girls to improve their livelihoods, access quality education, and develop essential skills. Through advocacy, training, and community engagement, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and create a pathway for sustainable development in the region.

Current Status and Challenges

Due to financial constraints, we have been unable to carry out empowerment activities during this reporting period. However, our commitment remains steadfast, and we are actively working to secure additional funding and partnerships to initiate our planned programs.

Upcoming Programs

We are planning a major community outreach event scheduled for December/January. This initiative will:

- Provide vocational training opportunities for women and girls.
- Distribute essential supplies to families in need.
- Host advocacy sessions on the importance of education and women’s rights.

In our next report, we will provide a detailed breakdown of how the outreach was carried out and its impact on the community.

Vision, Mission, and Goals

- Vision: To create a society where women and girls have equal opportunities to thrive and contribute meaningfully to community development.
- Mission: To empower women and girls through education, skills development, and advocacy for gender equity.
- Goals:
- Equip women and girls with the tools and skills needed for self-reliance.
- Advocate for policies that protect and promote the rights of women and girls.
- Foster community development through the active participation of empowered women.

Call for Support

To realize the objectives of this project, we need your continued support. Your contributions will enable us to reach more women and girls, providing them with the tools to transform their lives and communities.

Conclusion

While challenges persist, we remain committed to our mission of empowering 300 women and girls in Southeast Nigeria. We are optimistic that with your support, our upcoming outreach program will mark the beginning of impactful change in the region. Together, we can create a future of equality and opportunity for all.

Thank you for your dedication to this cause.

warmest regards,

Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation
