Thanks for Your Support During Little x Little!

By Team Bumi Sehat | Project Leaders

Dear Friend,

Thank you for helping us raise $1,496 for our Mind Matters:Teen Mental Health project during the March Little x Little Campaign on GlobalGiving. We had 22 donors respond who contributed $1,215 which GlobalGiving matched with $281 giving us a total of $1,496.

Throughout 2025, the Bumi Sehat Youth Center strengthened its support for young people in Bali by providing safe, accessible, and empowering learning spaces. Programs focused on practical skills, emotional resilience, leadership, and mental well-being, responding to evolving community needs.

Amid rapid social change, economic pressure, and post-pandemic recovery, youth mental health challenges increased significantly. In response, mental health became a central priority.

Workshops delivered across the year offered basic mental health education, emotional awareness and regulation skills, stress management strategies, and safe spaces for sharing. Designed to be youth-friendly and culturally sensitive, these sessions helped reduce stigma and encourage openness and help-seeking.

To deepen engagement, the Centre introduced mental health–themed video projects. A total of 158 young people (ages 13–20) learned storytelling and production skills while exploring themes such as emotions, self-care, peer support, and hope. Together, they created 25 short films reflecting their experiences and sharing positive messages with the wider community.

Building on this work, the Youth Center plans to continue and strengthen its programs in 2026.

Love & Blessings,

Ibu Robin and Team Bumi Sehat Bali
