On Day 2 of the KIWL Charity Cycle Ride, the riders conquered 132 km from Kanazawa to Wajima, making it the longest distance of the four days. To keep things interesting, some adventurous spirits even took on an optional sandy beach section.
The day ended with a special reception dinner with the President of the BCCJ and the Mayor of Wajima- an important reminder that this year’s ride is not only about raising funds for Mirai no Mori, but also about supporting the local community in Noto. Tomorrow, riders will take part in a meaningful volunteer experience in the morning before heading into the day’s kilometers.
Spirits are high and so is determination! With over 200 km still to go, every pedal stroke brings them closer to making a difference for the youth we serve.
