We organized two training weeks in March: one in Mitrovica, focusing on band coaching, songwriting and studio recording, and one for our teachers and student-trainees at Fontys Rockacademie in Tilburg. During the teacher training week, we were joined by colleagues from Roma Rock School in Skopje.
Our students are now preparing for an exchange in formerly divided city of culture Berlin, where they will work with Roma Rock School students, Fontys Rockacademie students and teachers, and hosts from Berlin-based youth exchange organization Clash.
In August, we will celebrate the start of our 18th (!) year of collaborative music making with a summer school for ethnically mixed bands. We can't wait!
