Support Liberian Family Health Care and Education

Greetings to all our supporters and followers! We wish you all the very best as we approach our midway point in another successful year of administrating our Health and Education projects in Liberia. 

GREAT NEWS!  Imani House is expanding the numbers of women and families who will receive public health education, through our Liberian Women’s Health ManualProject started in 2017 including; Ebola prevention, Nutrition, Sanitation and Human Rights

Won’t you join us in supporting this worthy program? We would love to include you as a caring philanthropist.  

Not so good news:  There are new cases of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa. So far there are 54 reported cases and 25 deaths.  This has brought Liberia as well as other regions surrounding DRC on high alert as we remember the loss of over 11,000 lives between 2014 and 2016. 

We have established our teaching programs at all of our literacy sites, in our Clinic and in public High School where we train students as Peer Educators who will lead teach other students. 

The expansion will include going into additional HS’s, into villages that we’ve not worked with before and into other health facilities to partner with health professionals there.
