This project proposal clarifies on the supportive measures to alleviate the crises facing the in school most vulnerable children (6-14 aging) in Nzuguni, Ipala and Mtumba wards to effectively access education. Thus it highlights on the provisions of scholastic materials, stabilizing households' economies and enhanced nourishments for improved academic performances.
There are more than 700 most vulnerable children who rarely access education in Mtumba, Ipala and Nzuguni wards .This is due to entity survey conducted in June/July 2019. This results to school dropouts and finally housemaids , sex workers ,early marriages,street children and drug addict users despite public and activists interventions to alleviate the crisis. Therefore the project will ensure most vulnerable children access quality education in liaison with partners in the area.
The project will Identify of the households poverty line for socioeconomic advice and income economic groups formation . Besides to motivate and mentor them to partake in economic production. The project will currently support most vulnerable children with scholastic materials pens, exercise books, school bags, pairs of shoes and sweaters deemed appropriate. Thus the project will strengthen schools children advocacy committees to raise awareness on children rights matters.
The project will train 300 households with most vulnerable children on entrepreneurship skills. The trained members will work as Trainers of Trainees (ToTs) to non members scaling up the knowledge outside the project area. . Indeed to set 1000 most vulnerable children free from violence. The households with most vulnerable children practicing entrepreneurship , means end of the day will eradicate poverty and attain well being.
