Thank you for your interest in the Motivate Volunteer Staff to Help a Child project. At this time, no donations have been received, so training and support for volunteer staff have not yet started.
Many programs that serve vulnerable children depend on volunteers to provide care, guidance, and learning support. However, without proper training or basic support, it becomes difficult for volunteers to stay active and consistent in their work.
When volunteer support is limited, children may not receive regular attention, mentoring, or educational help. This affects their growth, learning, and overall development, especially for those who already face difficult living conditions.
This project is designed to train and support volunteers so they can better serve children in need. It will provide guidance, basic resources, and encouragement to help them remain committed in their roles.
With the right support, volunteers can offer steady care, mentorship, and learning assistance to children. This helps create a more stable environment where children can grow, learn, and feel supported.
