Motivate Volunteer Staff with Monthly Stipends

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Thank you for your donation to support our volunteer stipend program. Your contribution represents an important commitment to helping our volunteers reach those in need. However, we must share that the amount raised so far is not enough to provide even one volunteer with a single month's travel support.

Currently, more than 600 trained volunteers stand ready to serve rural communities across Africa, but most cannot afford the cost of traveling to remote areas. These volunteers have received training in health education, emergency response, and community support, but without stipends for transport and meals, their ability to help remains limited.

Our program is designed to solve this practical problem. We have systems in place to distribute stipends fairly and track volunteer activities. We have identified the most isolated communities that would benefit from regular volunteer visits. What we lack are the funds to make these visits possible.

The consequences of this funding gap are immediate. Rural communities continue to go without basic health education and support. Families in hard-to-reach areas miss out on vital information about disease prevention, maternal health, and emergency preparedness. Our volunteers want to help, but they cannot cover the costs themselves.

We are asking for your continued support to activate this volunteer network. Your contribution will directly help volunteers reach communities that currently receive no outside support. Even a small donation can help cover the cost of one volunteer's travel for a week, bringing essential services to those who need them most.
