We are contributing to the transformation of the reality of 60 women from different communities, in one of the poorest departments of El Salvador, strengthening their capacities and skills, creating spaces so that they can generate income through artisanal, agro-industrial and service enterprises, under the OVOP methodology, one community, one company, one company, one product, where in addition to generating income we rescue the resources and culture of our people.
In rural communities there is difficulty in accessing education and opportunities for young people, especially women, who are assigned from an early age to domestic activities and child care, limiting their potential and autonomy, making them economically dependent and in some cases forcing them to migrate.
This project will contribute to creating opportunities where women can develop and receive tools to forge their future in search of their own fulfillment, they will receive psychosocial processes, improving their self-esteem, human and business skills, they will learn to create artisanal products and launch their entrepreneurship, they are supported throughout the entire process from entrepreneurship to income generation and integrate them into a network of entrepreneurial women.
Improving the living conditions of women in rural communities, human training processes help them to function better and not have limitations that they previously saw, they generate economic income for their families, having the possibility of generating jobs for more women in the communities, support from a network of entrepreneurial women.
