We want to transform the lives of 60 women and their families. We are a group of entrepreneurial women who want to open opportunities to market our products in our own store. It is a roadside store under the concept of Mi chi No Eki. We are sure that this work together will allow us to reach more spaces and markets, where our artisan products are more valued and we can support our families more financially.
In El Salvador, 8 out of 10 women do not study or work according to DIGESTYC data from 2020, and after the pandemic this situation has not improved and in the communities the panorama worsens, where young women dedicate themselves to domestic activities, limiting their autonomy and opportunities.
This project is a continuation of the efforts that the association has already made to train a group of women, where they have improved their skills and abilities, managing to generate income individually through entrepreneurship. This project brings together all these ventures, to open doors and fulfill dreams together, managing to establish a roadside store under the Japanese approach of Mi Chi No Eki, allowing them to generate more income for them and their families.
Economic stability for 60 women and their families, expanding roadside stores under the brand of a network of entrepreneurial women, allowing for the generation of jobs and marketing spaces for other young entrepreneurs
