Imagine having big dreams and wanting to make things better in your community, but not having the chance to learn or get the skills you need. That's the challenge many bright and enthusiastic young people face around the world. They have so much potential to do amazing things, but things like not having enough money or access to good schools can hold them back.

The Big Problem We're Trying to Solve:

We believe that young people who are curious, passionate, and really want to make a difference are super important for our future. We work on lots of different projects all over the world, and we meet so many young people who have the potential to be amazing leaders and help solve big global problems, like the ones the United Nations has set out in their 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals are like a to-do list for making the world a better place for everyone by 2030! 

However, because of things like poverty and not having access to good education, these young people often don't get the chance to learn, grow, and become the awesome change-makers we know they can be. It's like they're stuck in a cycle, and we want to help them break free!

Our Awesome Solution: Education and Empowerment!

We think the best way to solve big problems is by giving people the chance to learn and grow. That's what this project is all about! We want to find those amazing young people who are eager to learn and make a difference, and then help them overcome the things that are holding them back.

We're going to do this by:

• Paying for their courses and training: So they can learn new skills and gain knowledge.
• Helping their families: So the young people don't have to worry about their family's needs while they're learning.
• Giving them money for travel: So they can attend important training programs, conferences, or apprenticeships, even if they're far away.
• Pairing them with mentors: So they have someone experienced to guide and support them.
• Giving them access to technology: Like computers and the internet, so they can learn and connect with others.

Our goal is to help these young people get the education and skills they need so they can go back to their communities as leaders and work on making things better there.

The Huge Impact We Hope to Make:

This is a long-term plan, but we believe it can have a massive impact! By investing in these young people, we hope to make progress on all 17 of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. That includes things like ending poverty and hunger, making sure everyone has access to education, reducing inequality, creating jobs, and so much more!

Imagine an army of young people who have been given the chance to learn and grow. They'll use their new skills and knowledge to tackle the problems in their own communities. They'll become role models, encouraging others to learn and get involved in making things better. It's like a ripple effect – one young person empowered can then help many others!
