Since this term began, our worst fears have been realized. The gates of our center have been met not just by students, but by a tide of rejected children. They wander our community, small and lost, scavenging for scraps of food just to survive. Their only crime was being born into circumstances that turned their backs on them.

We have taken in as many as our beds allow, offering a warm meal and safety. But for every child we help, many more remain in the shadows, hungry and waiting. The sheer number has overwhelmed our resources, breaking our hearts with every child we cannot yet reach.

With your continued support, we are committed to changing this. We refuse to let them lose hope. We will rescue them, show them kindness, and prove that humanity still exists. Please stand with us to bring them home.

Imagine a child of eight years, not holding a pencil, but carrying bricks weighing half their body weight under the scorching sun. This is the reality for thousands of children like little Daniel in our operational areas.

The Situation:

Children in extreme poverty are being forced into hazardous labor—brick laying, water fetching, and sand harvesting—simply to help their families survive. What should be years of learning and play are instead years of back-breaking toil.

The Health Risks Are Devastating:

· Physical Damage: Heavy loads cause spinal curvature, stunted growth, and permanent bone deformities before their bodies mature

· Chronic Illness: Constant exposure to dust and contaminated water leads to respiratory diseases and waterborne infections

· Malnutrition: Their meager earnings buy food, but the physical exertion means they burn more calories than they consume

· Injuries: Without safety measures, cuts, fractures, and exhaustion are daily companions

· Mental Trauma: These children carry not just physical weight, but the crushing burden of adult responsibility

The Emotional Cost:

These children have never known the joy of playing with friends. Their dreams are not of becoming doctors or teachers—they dream only of a day without pain. They work from dawn to dusk, yet remain trapped in poverty.
