The truth is, the support for our program remains painfully low. We will not soften that reality. We look at the children we are trying to reach, and we feel the weight of how much more they need. Yet, even in this struggle, we have witnessed small miracles.
Thanks to the incredible heart of our local community, we have managed to gather a small collection of necessities. We have placed soft shoes on tired feet that have walked too far. We have wrapped small shoulders in warm clothes. We have provided nourishing food to bellies that have known hunger. For a handful of children, the world feels a little kinder today. Their smiles have been our fuel.
But for every child we helped, another waits. And another.
With your partnership, this flicker of hope can become a blaze. We commit to reaching every single child. We have the will; we only need the means. Please, help us finish what we have started. Help us serve them all.
