Dear Friend,
I am writing this with tears in my eyes and hope in my heart.
Last year, our team found Wasswa wandering alone. He was a tiny shadow, searching through rubbish piles for something—anything—to eat. He was lost, hungry, and terrified.
Today, I am overjoyed to tell you that Wasswa is no longer wandering.
Because of your incredible generosity, Wasswa now has a home. He has a warm bed, clean clothes, and most importantly, he eats three meals a day. The emptiness in his eyes has been replaced with the joyful spark of a child who knows he is safe and loved. He laughs now. He plays.
You did this. Your kindness reached across the miles and placed a protective hand on one lost child.
But Wasswa is just one. There are more children hiding in the shadows, waiting to be found.
Please, help us reach them. Your continued support means another child sleeps safely tonight.
