Nurture 200 dreams, Give a child a chance

Dear Donor,

Today, I stood in a cramped classroom, and my heart shattered into a thousand pieces. I looked into the eyes of our children—the bright, hopeful souls your generosity has kept alive. But behind their smiles, I saw the silent crisis no child should ever have to carry.

One boy, barely ten, showed me his shoes. Or what was left of them. The soles had completely detached, flapping like hungry mouths with every step he took over the rocky, muddy path to school. He laughed it off, but I noticed how he curled his toes to keep the tattered rubber from falling off entirely. Beside him, a girl in a faded dress whispered that she hadn't eaten since yesterday. And looming over all of them is the ever-present threat of being sent home—again—because school fees remain unpaid.

Dear friend, these are not just "needs." This is a daily war for dignity. These children are not statistics; they are little warriors who refuse to give up, partly because you have refused to give up on them.

So today, I am not writing to you as a project coordinator. I am writing as a witness to their quiet desperation. The urgency of footwear, food, and school fees is not a checklist—it is a cry for survival. We are so close to bridging this gap, but we cannot do it without your steadfast heart.

Please, stand with us once more. Let us put shoes on those precious, wounded feet. Let us fill empty bellies and empty desks. Your continued support will not just solve a crisis—it will tell every one of these children that they matter.
