Thanks to our generous donors, we have taken a crucial step in protecting our communities against the Ebola virus. With your support, we successfully purchased small water tanks and antibacterial detergent—two simple but powerful tools that save lives.
Ebola spreads through direct contact with bodily fluids, making hand hygiene one of the most effective barriers against transmission. These water tanks now provide a reliable source of clean water, placed in accessible community spots such as schools, markets, and health posts. The antibacterial detergent allows families and individuals to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly, reducing the risk of infection within our neighborhoods.
Every tank and every bottle of detergent represents our shared commitment to protecting one another against Ebola. We are already seeing a positive shift: more people are practicing regular handwashing, and awareness is growing alongside these practical resources.
