Through our Empowering Guardians with Seeds Initiative, we are helping families build a more secure and sustainable future by providing guardians with seeds and practical support to establish productive household and community gardens.
For many families in the communities we serve, access to quality seeds can be the first step toward overcoming food insecurity. By equipping guardians to grow their own food, we are helping families reduce dependence on costly food purchases, improve household nutrition, and create a foundation for sustainable livelihoods.
This initiative goes beyond simply distributing seeds. We are encouraging families to embrace sustainable farming practices, make productive use of available land, and build resilience so that they can continue producing food season after season. As families harvest more, they can also share, sell surplus produce, and invest in other household needs.
To our generous donors and partners, thank you. Your funding is helping us put seeds into the hands of families who need them most. Every contribution is helping transform a small seed into food, hope, dignity, and opportunity.
With your continued partnership, we can reach more guardians, empower more families, and expand sustainable farming across the communities we serve in Uganda.
