Nurture 200 dreams, Give a child a chance

Through Nurture 200 Lives, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is expanding menstrual empowerment to more girls who face poverty, limited access to menstrual materials and social stigma. Our goal is to help create conditions where menstruation does not become an unnecessary obstacle to a girl’s education, confidence or participation.

The initiative combines menstrual health awareness with practical support. Girls receive age-appropriate information about menstruation, hygiene, puberty and healthy menstrual management. Where possible, sanitary pads and other essential materials are provided to girls who need additional support.

We also encourage open conversations between girls, parents, teachers and community stakeholders. These conversations help challenge misconceptions and create stronger support systems around adolescent girls. By equipping girls with knowledge and practical resources, we help them become more confident in understanding and managing their menstrual health.

The impact extends beyond a single menstrual cycle. A girl who gains knowledge, confidence and access to appropriate menstrual materials is better supported to participate in school activities, interact confidently with peers and focus on her education.
