Challenge

Every year, thousands of dogs, cats and small animals come to the Oregon Humane Society in search of a better life and a new home. Pet owners also turn to OHS seeking services to help keep their pets happy and in their homes. Thanks to the support of donors, adopters and other members of our community, we can find new homes for these pets and provide life-saving and life-changing care to owned pets.

Solution

With your support, OHS will be able to continue to offer support and services to pets and people in Portland, Salem and beyond. Services include humane law enforcement, behavior and training for both shelter and homed pets, affordable spay and neuter clinic, and subsidized veterinary care to pets belonging to under-resourced families.

Long-Term Impact

Your support will help animals get the love and care they need to flourish both in the shelter and once they are adopted, provide services to families (both pets and people) and help OHS continue to create a more humane society.
