oikos International is a global student-led movement transforming the way we learn leadership, economics, and business. We empower young people to become changemakers who question the status quo, reimagine institutions, and co-create solutions for a more just, regenerative future. Through chapters, leadership journeys, and a global community of practice, students around the world are already reshaping education from within.
The world is facing interconnected crises-ecological collapse, economic inequality, and mental exhaustion. Yet education still largely teaches fragmented thinking, individualism, and short-term metrics of success. Students are ready to lead a new way forward, but lack the ecosystems of support, experimentation, and connection they need to truly make change stick.
oikos International cultivates a living network of student-led chapters, programs, and platforms that embed systems thinking, leadership development, and local action into the fabric of higher education.
